Hi, I'm Alyssa, your cycle breaking, boundary setting, all out LIFE LIVING coach.
I want to share my story with you. From codependence, to perfectionism, to people pleasing, to lack of boundaries- I've dealt with it all.
Before I pursued my calling, I was a burnt-out overachiever chasing promotions and titles and signing up to lead whatever club needed a guiding-light. I was the poster child for the eldest daughter trope, always trying to fix everything for everyone.

My empathy became my achilleas heel and it was breaking me.

That's when Holistic Wellness Coaching found me and the circumstances were nothing short of serendipitous.

Coaching left off where therapy ended; I'd done the deep-dive discovery of my psyche and found out why I was the way I was. It was powerful, healing work, but when I felt I had graduated, I was searching for something that gave me the feeling of empowered self growth, sacred healing space, and consistent accountability (because prioritizing myself just fell by the wayside if I didn't schedule it).
