Our Philosophy
In a fast-paced world of Facebook reels, grocery pickup, and 2-day delivery, does it ever just feel like you can't get a deep breath and your heart is beating 1,200 times per minute and you're the only one who briefly stops to smell the roses but the second you do you miss the new iPhone launch? Do you ever lay down in bed and take a deep breath just to realize that this might be the first time you've really BREATHED all day? Do your shoulders ever feel like those battle ropes at the gym, tight and knotted from raising them up to your ears all day? You're not alone and you're not supposed to be living like this.

Philosophy
The philosophy is simple: your body has all the tools it needs to heal itself as long as you nurture it. The concept is to:

No matter what you're aspiring to, I'm going to guess anxiety isn't part of that bigger picture. Even if you don't struggle with a diagnosable anxiety condition, the ability to be overly connected to the happenings of the entire world with a click of a button can be enough raise your blood pressure. Somatic healing is the process of healing stress or trauma through the mind-body connection with actions as simple as breathwork, body movement, and mind-body awareness.
