Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid Wellness Coaching services offered through this website (the “Site”), which is operated in Colorado and hosted on Wix. By purchasing or booking a coaching session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

All services provided through this Site are Wellness Coaching services, delivered by appointment. Because coaching services involve the reservation of time and personalized preparation, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. Cancellation by the Client

a. Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More in Advance

Clients who cancel a single coaching session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund or may request to reschedule the session, subject to availability.

b. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Session

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price.

The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the original method of payment.

c. No-Shows

If a client does not attend a scheduled session and provides no notice (“no-show”), the session will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

3. Emergencies & Extenuating Circumstances

Refunds or rescheduling may be granted, at our discretion, when a client is unable to attend a session due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Medical emergencies

  • Severe weather events

  • Family emergencies

  • Power outages or widespread service disruptions

In such cases, clients should notify us as soon as reasonably possible. Documentation may be requested where appropriate. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Packages, Programs & Multi-Session Services (If Applicable)

If you purchase a package, program, or multi-session offering:

  • Refund eligibility will be clearly stated at the time of purchase

  • Completed or partially used sessions are non-refundable

  • Unused sessions may expire as stated in the applicable program terms

Unless otherwise specified in writing, packages and programs are non-refundable once the first session has occurred.

5. Cancellations by the Coach

If a session must be canceled by the coach due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:

  • A full refund or

  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout. Payments are handled securely via Wix and its authorized payment processors.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your financial institution.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly with any billing questions or concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks that violate this policy may result in termination of services and future booking restrictions.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
